When you are writing a CV you can include personal details on a CV include things like name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

You are not obliged to include all of these things, and a lot of people leave some of these things out.

Some people don't even include full contact details. However, if you are applying for jobs you want the employer to be able to contact you, so it does make sense to include full contact details unless you are posting your CV online and don't want the general public to be able to see your contact details.
